We recently stayed at a hotel located on the north side of Ambergris Caye. Even though the location was farther than expected, we enjoyed the secluded retreat away from everything. The private beach and two swimming pools were great for a romantic escape. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and willing to assist with our boat transportation. We also appreciated the spacious rooms and the comfortable beds.

We encountered a few issues during our stay. First, the location was not accurately represented on Google Maps.

The hotel has large and spacious rooms and two great swimming pools that make for a wonderful vacation. the atmosphere is new and everything is being worked out as they prepare for their grand opening in May. the staff are dedicated and friendly, making the experience enjoyable. the location is private and secluded, providing a retreat from everything.

One aspect of the hotel needs improvement, for example, the hot water in some rooms was not working properly.

Our Easter vacation was unforgettable! the property was so beautiful, it was like a private retreat away from everything. We enjoyed the two swimming pools and the spacious rooms. the atmosphere of the place was definitely the best part of our stay. Likes: the staff was friendly and welcoming. We liked that the property was new and everything was in great condition, the rooms were spacious and well designed. We were also pleased with the location, as it was away from the crowds and offered a truly private experience.

we encountered some issues with the hot water, but we are confident that, as this was a soft opening, they will have everything worked out by the grand opening. Despite these minor issues, we would definitely return for another relaxing getaway.
