We recently stayed at a hotel located on the north side of Ambergris Caye. Even though the location was farther than expected, we enjoyed the secluded retreat away from everything. The private beach and two swimming pools were great for a romantic escape. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and willing to assist with our boat transportation. We also appreciated the spacious rooms and the comfortable beds.

We encountered a few issues during our stay. First, the location was not accurately represented on Google Maps.

The hotel has large and spacious rooms and two great swimming pools that make for a wonderful vacation. The atmosphere is new and everything is being worked out as they prepare for their grand opening in May. The staff are dedicated and friendly, making the experience enjoyable. The location is private and secluded, providing a retreat from everything.

One aspect of the hotel needs improvement, for example, the hot water in some rooms was not working properly.

Our Easter vacation was unforgettable! The property was so beautiful, it was like a private retreat away from everything. We enjoyed the two swimming pools and the spacious rooms. We liked that the property was new and everything was in great condition, the rooms were spacious and well designed. We were also pleased with the location, as it was away from the crowds and offered a truly private experience.

The outdoor swimming pool was just what we needed to relax, and beachfront access was just a few steps away. The service was impeccable; the staff was friendly, always willing to assist us with our inquiries. The restaurant on the premises served delicious meals, and the bar/lounge area was perfect to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

The only minor setback was the location; the area info online was incorrect.
